Also deals with 900TPH Stacker, Truck Tripper, Double roll crusher, flow divider, motor, pulley, gearbox, scoop coupling, traveling tripper, magnetic separator, sump pump, hoists, supervision of civil fronts available by client
Responsible for Internal Audits on the line for System, Process and Product as per schedule and ensure that actions implemented as stated in the action plan submitted and monitoring the effectiveness.
Prepared SOP, validation protocol & reports and validation master plan. Ensure adequate specification, test methods, SOPs, reagents and chemicals.
Responsible for managing the team-QC Officers, Supervisors while training them for the professional & work developments.
Managed team’s concerns and grievances while providing them with various accolades to motivate them on regular basis.
